Cinema is Dope is an Austin, Texas, based site and the film journal of Blake. At this site I explore and preserve the world of cinema through movie images past, present and future. In addition you will find film festival coverage from around the world. All images come from actual film stills, lobbies or posters. I have no interest in posting screen captures from video.

I am a programmer for Fantastic Fest (www.fantasticfest.com), a former contributor at Twitch (www.twitchfilm.net) and love attending film festivals from around the world. I’m also the founder of the international film festival networking group FFM.
