Those at EFM this year seemed to have been lucky enough to see a good portion of Antichrist already. The movie is currently locked in post production in a race to have it ready for Cannes this year (should it get accepted which seems like a strong possibility). Reading all the different synopsis seems to indicate to some degree this is Lars von Trier taking on the Garden of Eden story within his own unflinching voice and vision.
Anders Thomas Jensen was initially involved with this projects story but there seems to be some distance now. I wish I had thought to ask him about it when I had run into him, but alas the conversation steered around Adam’s Apples and Clash of Egos.
