With Avatar (official site) finally out in movie theaters, I thought it was only appropriate to post this great image from this previous James Cameron film, Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Hard to believe in a year or so it will be the 20th anniversary for this film! I haven’t seen Avatar yet but greatly looking forward to getting out to see it in digital 4K at the Alamo Drafthouse here in Austin, Texas.

An absolutely ripped Linda Hamilton takes center stage in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This image makes me wish she was still making action films. Regardless she raised the bar for future females kicking ass films to a whole other level!

Do you remember when you first saw this movie? I most certainly do. I vaguely remember the commercials drawing me in and seeing it open weekend. Immediately upon the first viewing I only had one choice… I immediately saw it again!

Apparently no one gave James Cameron the memo that sequels are supposed to suck as Aliens became a film that fully held its own ground of greatness without completely retreading the original.

This is certainly one of my all-time favorite movie images!
