From the 2000 re-issue in Japan comes the lavish and particularly captivating poster artwork for Nagisa Oshima’s, In the Realm of the Senses (Ai no corrida). Certainly is a nice touch the artwork weaves itself in and around the character, including the knife blade.

I haven’t seen this Nagisa Oshima film but judging from the French lobbycard set I have my interest is certainly raised to check it out. It has a US VHS release that I’ve been hestitant to purchase.
