Ran into Jamie Campbell Bower at the 42 Sitges Film Festival and amazed that though he showed up at our karaoke party we were not overwhelmed and that somehow we managed to keep the party fairly under-wraps from the masses! Still remember seeing Robert Pattinson at Tarantino’s party in Cannes and people had just been buzzing what a miserable life he must be leading with all the attention and what not and of course he was there looking to be living it up surrounded by 30+ models.

It’s already got a website with a teaser trailer (visit) and a fleshed out wiki (visit) and it has a whole lot of fans counting down the days until November 20th rolls around this year! I believe Robert Pattinson was at the same official and very wild and very fun Inglorious Basterds after party at Cannes this year but I was too busy on the dancing to Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood on the dance floor.

This is essentially a slight reworking of other poster artwork out there for Twilight. The extra twinkles and sparks thrown in certainly make the others look rather dull by comparison.

About Japanese Poster Artwork Celebration Month:
To kick off 2009, I can think of no better way of doing so than celebrating Japanese poster artwork. The emphasis will be more of western films through the lens of Japanese poster artwork and of course some of my own personal all-time favorites. At a future date I’ll probably have a month devoted to solely Japanese films and their poster artwork. So be sure to tune in each day during the month of January as I have an incredible amount of incredible Japanese posters that will be on display. Hopefully at the end of this I can convert many of you into life long fans of Japanese posters!
