::: Last Stroll Down the Sitges Beach 2007 (View Gallery)
Via Flickr Slideshow
Each year that I’ve been to the Sitges Film Festival I always take one last stroll down the beach before leaving for the airport in Barcelona. Last year I didn’t think to bring my camera as it takes pretty bad pictures during sunrise. This year I said the hell with it and decided to snap pictures (regardless how crappy they turned out) as it would be nice to capture the last stroll. It’s an amazing and very relaxing thing to do with waves crashing all around and the sun slowly starting to peak out of from the distance. I definitely take in as much of the horizon that envelopes me and wonder to myself if I’ll ever make it back.
I’m slowly getting back to things upon returning to the states but the time difference and jet lag has really tanked me this week. Worse I re-injured my left foot (Fantastic Fest karaoke war wound) and somehow pulled a muscle near my left rib cage (perhaps all the running around carrying my overloaded laptop bag through Newark’s custom entry maze or perhaps either super bumpy flight coming back). Not sure if I’ll make it to AFM as my body is certainly telling me to take it slow and easy for a bit.
I’ll post some pics of my last official full day in Sitges tomorrow (or later tonight).
