Many movements spawned out of the film Office Space – printer and fax machine beat downs with baseball bats, cover sheet Q&A over indulgence, flip flops to work, nothing vacations, listening to rap music to deal with rush hour and many changing their name to no longer be Michael Bolton… the one thing that never caught on was an entire “FLAIR” phenomenon in the restaurant industry. Waiters and waitresses implored there was much better ways to distinguish themselves and have a class system without having to drape themselves like a Christmas Tree covered in ornaments.
