This movie certainly bares the touch we have grown to expect from Nobuhiro Yamashita with a wonderfully offbeat construction of story and characters. It does however lack much of a third and closing act. It’s like a movie that builds and builds and then suddenly ends at a random intersection of its story. If your already a fan of Nobuhiro Yamashita then there is certainly much to enjoy here with a very bizarre unsatisfying ending.
